Breezy is 7 yrs old this year and still going strong. She is still level, dairy and carries a well attached mammary high and wide in the rear. I decided long ago I liked everything about this doe and to use her as the main doe in my breeding program. She has a daughter in Minnesota in the Patches of Heaven Herd that is very nice. You can see Jostaberry (see below) and an up and coming yearling, Jadore, in the herd that is an exciting AI product from Companeros Standout Clyde. There is another 2yrold to freshen in the Wyton Ranch herd and her son Muscle Car is standing stud here at the farm as well. Jinsmoothy also listed below is her granddaughter. Breezy has taken AI again for the 5th year in a row to an exciting Willow Run buck.

AI'd to Willow Run Kahmehameha Becket and due Feb 14th 2011 Bucks $500 does $650

King Farm Capitan Sunset Sky

Born 2/13/2009

Sire: CH Companeros Capitan

Dam: GCH Willow Run Victor's Skyla 5-03 92EEEE

Sunset was 3rd place milking yearling at the 2010 National Show in Ky. She is a taller longer version of her dam Sky, and with exactly the same well rounded tightly attached udder. I admire the wedgey dairiness and long lean neck in this doe. She is a very productive doe like her dam and milked consistanly 10 to 12 lbs a day as a yearling. I ‘d like a few more Sunsets in my herd for sure.

Bred to Phenomenon and due Mar 4th 2011 Kids are $400

Ena placed 1st as a sr dry yearling at the 2010 Nationals. She is a medium sized very uphill doe with eye catching levelness while on the move. The doe lines on both sides of her pedigree proves to be quite exciting and a sure bet for what she will turn out to be. He dam is a 4th generation champion and I hope to an a 5th with Ena. Her breeding to Muscle Car is just packed with doe champions all appraising 90 or over on both sides.

Bred to Muscle Car and due April 7th 2011 Kids are $400

Booty placed 7th as a yearling milker at the 2010 nationals. She was sold and remains here as reference for her up and coming doe kid Baby Booty who I will list at a later time. Baby Booty is out of Muscle Car and will remain dry for 2011. Please check back in the summer for more info and pictures of her.

Desi ( barn name ) is a general appearance dream. She is so high headed with smoothly blended shoulders and high/tight whithers. She is very level and has good spring of rib and depth of body. Her udder is very capacious with correct teat size and placement. She has a smoothly extended fore and a high shapely rear. She is a bit hocky though in the rear legs. She was a tremendous doe that placed high at nationals and is going to be a real asset in my breeding program. Ritesaidfred daughters and Victor daughters had the strongest general appearance and the most correct mammaries at the national show every year in my opinion. I will be freshing her Trailblazer daughter this spring.

Sky will be 7 this year and is still the best milker in the barn, with her daughter Sunset a close second. She is the broadest (just massive) and levelest doe of the saanens. She has terrible shoulders that open wide apart but has always had these and has never thrown them to her offspring. I have used 2 of her sons in the past and will see what Curcuit Breaker does this year. I took her to nationals in 2010 but did not show her. She had just had a set of dead quads just 3 weeks earlier and did not look as nice as she really is, so I opted not to show her. She bounced back great and was 1st pl aged doe at the State Far one month later. First doe kid will be retained.

Panties is the only doe kid I got from my lease of Duke 2 years ago. She is a line breeding on my old GCH Estralita and should not disappoint. She is uphill, very angular and level across that topline. She was only shown at the last fair of the year where she was 1st as a dry yearling.

Dam: King Farm Victor's Sex E ( littermate to Ice E )

G-String was 3rd place 2yr old with 3 pl udder at the 2010 National Show. She is the general appearance goddess. She is tall, long, level and smoothly blended with adequate depth of body. She will be a second freshener this year and needs to milk more for that big beautiful body this year. She has such a strong dam line of milk and udders. Her doe kid from Phenom was the nicest saanen born last year so I repeated the breeding.

Jin is a powerful and yet elegant 4 yrold. She has a very shapely mammary with a lot of extention and smoothness in the fore and height in the rear. Jin is the granddaughter of Skyla and Juniper Breeze that combines both of their strengths in general appearance and mammary. She strong on her feet and legs and has that length of body some saanens are lacking. I have bred her to Jostaberry’s son doubling up on Breezy and adding that Prime Rate and Stand Out genetics. First doe will be retained.

Oh I have loved Jostaberry from the day she was born. I hid her until she was 2 and then no one but me liked her. I knew she’d belly down and mature not until she was 4 yrs old just like all the Prime Rate daughters and that is exactly what she has done. She milked 12 lbs a day last year and was near the top of the class each time shown but she couldn’t seem to edge out Exhiliration (Ex). Lots of dairiness and bone in this doe. I love the long lean neck spring of rib and sharp bone pattern, something I don’t have very much of in my herd. I kept her son Gunner and used him in the herd but lost him shortly after breeding season. Jostaberry is AI’d to Platinum who is a Talut son.

Ex is a daughter I bought back from My Buckeye Sale doe Excess. She is a 4th generation champion, the 3rd generation to appraise 90 or higher. She is a complete package with the best saanen udder in the herd. It is high and wide in the rear, extended and smooth in the fore with an incredible area of attachment. She is a medium sized doe with strong pasterns and tight toes. I am looking forward to freshening her 2 yr old daughter Exie.

Exie will be a first freshening 2 yr old this year. She was only shown 2 times as a kid and was Best in Show both times. She resembles her dam but in a larger scale. She is a bit taller and little longer. This line breeding is the first I have done in the saanens and I an anxious to see what it produces.

I rolled the dice and re-bred Breezy AI to Clyde in hopes of a doe kid and won! Jadore is full sister to Muscle Car and every bit as nice as he is. She is very dairy like her ½ sister Jostaberry with added depth of body and spring of rib. She is very angular and wide between the hocks. She has so much bone that she needs twice the food to fill herself out. She is not frail by any means, just different from what my herd has been made up of in the past, good large frame and dairy.

Bred to Gunner for April 21st kids are $350

Muscle Car is out of an AI breeding to Stand out Clyde who sits near the top of the Elite Sire Summary. He is a very tall buckling with alot of dairy character and a near perfect frontend assembly and straight forelegs. He was not used until the end of the season here. He will have earlier kids due at the Wyton Ranch. If you are interested in contacting them please let me know. I have repeated his breeding in hopes of a doe. He will be collected in 2010 and farm breedings will be available for $50 each.

I lost Gunner after breeding season and he will be missed. He was very correct on his feet and legs and had all that dairy and style I am getting from the Clyde breedings. The pedigree is so strong top and bottom with this guy. He is bred to Jinsmoothy, Revival and Jadore. He was also used extensively in the Wyton Ranch herd.

Geyser was 1 time BIS/GCH and 2 times RES in 2008. In 2009 he was 2 times GCH(not official) and 3 times RES. His young stock are powerful big bodied animals with correct feet and legs and his milking daughters have increased area of attachment, more extention to the foreudder and higher rear udders. I'd like to see some more length of neck on them to make them perfect. Geyser is real tall and long with the most correct front legs you can find on a buck. His pedigree is outstanding and speak miles for production and type. I hope to continue that in my herd. Semen is available from the farm and Superior Semen Works @ $20 a straw.
